Roadpass Digital • Features Editor

I was responsible for creating and editing content across all of the Roadpass Digital brands. I worked closely with the content and marketing team to develop and implement editorial strategies to engage new audiences and support the Roadpass Pro products. Duties included: sourcing, editing, and writing regular feature articles, designing trip guides, roundups, and other content and marketing pieces; producing and editing photos and short videos; and curating content for weekly newsletters and social media platforms.  

FEBRUARY 2019–2021

Roadtrippers • Managing Editor

I managed day-to-day operations for Roadtrippers Magazine, as well as a team of freelance writers and photographers. In addition to my editing duties, I also produced original digital content including feature-length articles, photos, maps, guidebooks, and graphics. I was in charge of developing a digital engagement strategy and created original content for all of Roadtrippers’ social channels (including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) and weekly email newsletters.

Penguin Random House • Senior Designer, Creative Services/Ad Promo

I designed marketing materials for several non-fiction imprints, including original digital assets (banner ads, email blasts, and motion graphics) and print collateral (postcards, merchandise, and print ads).

JANUARY 2014–MAY 2018

92nd Street Y • Senior Designer, Marketing and Creative Services

I created multimedia in-house brand and fundraising campaigns in addition to print and digital marketing materials for concerts, donor events, poetry readings, talks, festivals, continuing education classes, galas, and the 92Y Nursery School.

I designed covers and interiors for college textbooks, including the creation of supporting elements such as illustrations, icons, and infographics.

I taught typography and production classes within the design department of the Mary Schiller Myers School of Art for three semesters.

I created and art directed numerous brand campaigns including custom logo design, invitations, promotional items, packaging, digital content, illustrations, screen printing, photography, and product styling.
